Community Description

In Sundance Ridge, at 175th and Kenneth Road (between Mission Road and State Line Road), Darol Rodrock has painstakingly planned a community like no other. Three communities are slated for production within Sundance Ridge, along with a large, beautiful clubhouse with three pools, and a state-of-the art playground. But Darol didn’t stop there. Instead, he has plans to include an incredible number of extras for this community—including a greenhouse, camping grounds, paved trails, an indoor basketball court, and more!
